The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation is proud to announce that Don Marshall and Ricky Sebastian will be honored by OffBeat Magazine. Marshall is set to receive the 2023 Best of the Beat Lifetime Achievement Award in Music Business, while Sebastian will be presented with the Best of the Beat Lifetime Achievement Award in Music Education. These awards recognize their remarkable contributions and enduring legacy in their respective fields.

The Archive of the New Orleans Jazz &  Heritage Foundation has launched a campaign to preserve more than 30 video and audio tapes of Jimmy Buffett’s performances at Jazz Fests spanning from 1990-2008. The tapes which have been carefully inventoried for more than two decades must now be digitized.  Preserving the tapes will increase access to these legendary shows so that the joy Jimmy provided can continue to reverberate for generations to come.

The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation is thrilled to announce the 2023 Catapult Fund Graduates. The 2023 Catapult Fund featured two categories: one focused on entrepreneurs in the beauty, fashion, and jewelry industries, and another for culinary arts.
