Waska is a popular Latin food pop-up blending authentic Colombian flavors with modern street-food vibes. NeauxLA RolLA is a New Orleans-themed catering food bus, fully equipped as a mobile kitchen specializing in handcrafted BBQ and Southern-inspired cuisine. We offer customizable menus featuring signature dishes such as brisket tacos, crawfish rice, smoked ribs, chicken and waffles, along with vegan and vegetarian options for inclusive dining. From setup to cleanup, NeauxLA RolLA delivers a seamless New Orleans culinary experience for private events, corporate gatherings, and festivals
TASTE OF LOUISIANA UTAH
After launching a brick & mortar restaurant in Salt Lake City, Taste of Louisiana Utah (TOL U) transitioned to catering and premier concessions, serving Utah Jazz fans and staff, Delta Center attendees, and partnering with Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail at Salt Lake City International Airport. In an effort to maximize the brand’s momentum, (TOL U) expanded its service offerings to Louisiana.
Chef Desirae “Desi” Stevens has over 16 years of experience in the culinary industry and has been a part of world-renowned restaurant teams. Born and raised in New Orleans, Chef Desi developed her passion for cooking, Creole cuisine, and the art of culinary at an early age.
