NEW ORLEANS JAZZ & HERITAGE FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES LIVE MUSIC SCHEDULE FOR 2025 TREMÉ CREOLE GUMBO FESTIVAL FEATURING REBIRTH BRASS BAND, HOT 8 BRASS BAND, THE ORIGINAL PINETTES BRASS BAND, AND MORE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NEW ORLEANS (October 16, 2025) – The beloved Tremé Creole Gumbo Festival returns to Louis Armstrong Park on November 8–9, 2025, for a free weekend celebrating the rich cultural legacy of the Faubourg Tremé—the historic birthplace of jazz and a cornerstone of New Orleans culture and heritage. Presented by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, the festival runs from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. both days, offering two full days of lively music featuring Rebirth Brass Band, Hot 8 Brass Band, The Original Pinettes Brass Band, and many more. Festgoers can enjoy performances by local culture bearers, explore handmade crafts, and savor world-renowned Creole gumbo in a vibrant atmosphere of community and celebration. Admission is free and open to the public.
