Providing emergency funds for projects that do not qualify for Community Partnership Grants
The Board of Directors of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation occasionally accepts applications for funding from members of our community. These are considered to be discretionary grants, and they are quite limited.
Their purpose is to provide funds for initiatives that fall outside the scope of our Community Partnership Grants. Typically, these include things such as funeral expenses (request limit: $1,500), or support for fund-raising events (request limit: $2,500).
To apply, please use the form below. It should be submitted no later than 3 p.m. on the last Friday of the month prior to the month of consideration. (For example, if you would like your application to be reviewed at the February meeting, it must be submitted by the last Friday in January.)
