Kia Robinson Hatfield
Kia Robinson Hatfield is the Programs, Marketing & Communications Manager at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage foundation, the nonprofit that owns Jazz Fest. In that capacity, among her many responsibilities is designing all of the graphics used to promote all of the foundation’s activities in print and digital media, plus all of the t-shirts and signage for the foundation’s free annual festivals.

Prior to joining Jazz & Heritage, she was Promotions Director at Cumulus Broadcasting-New Orleans (formerly Citadel Broadcasting), where she oversaw and monitored promotions and communications for radio stations WDVW, WMTI, KKND, and KMEZ. She holds a B.A in Mass Communications-Broadcast Media from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. A native New Orleanian, she is a graduate Xavier University Preparatory School.

Justin Shiels
Justin Shiels is the Creative Director at FSC Interactive, a New Orleans-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, social media, online advertising, and email marketing. He received his BFA in Graphic Design from Loyola University New Orleans and his Masters in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans. He has more than 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, and graphic design and has gained professional experience from EC Advertising as an Interactive Designer, Peter A. Mayer Advertising as a Graphic Designer, the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts as a Communications Specialist, and Faculty at Loyola University in the Communications Department.

Lee Martin
Lee Martin is a developer who has helped artists market themselves online for over a decade in both full time and freelance roles. He has developed online marketing campaigns for a wide range of artists (from Marilyn Manson to Miley Cyrus,) was the first U.S. employee of SoundCloud, and recently headed up design at Songkick. He developed Turn Audio, an app to create simple 60-second video content for independent musicians to use on platforms like Instagram.

Mallory Whitfield
Mallory Whitfield is the Director of Marketing for LookFar, a New Orleans software development company, and is a digital marketing consultant helping businesses to develop their brands online.
She started blogging at in 2006, and currently hosts the Badass Creatives podcast. Before her current role at LookFar, she worked as Content Analyst at FSC Interactive. She has spoken extensively on digital marketing topics at events that include New Orleans Entrepreneur Week, WordCamp NOLA, Craftcation and more. In 2016 she was named one of Gambit Weekly’s 40 Under 40, which salutes the brightest innovators, artists and professionals in New Orleans.
